Frequently Asked Questions

Who photographs/films our wedding?

We have options to secure Daniel as your lead, and also options for our associates to lead, based on availability. Click here from more information about our associate bookings.

Do you charge travel fees?

While we call Cherry Hill, NJ the homebase, our local area consists of the entirety of New Jersey, most of Eastern PA and Northern Delaware. We have a $750 travel fee for our NYC weddings. Anything not touched on here may incur travel fees on a case by case basis. Don’t hesitate to ask!

What about prints and albums?

We believe that your photographs need to get off of your phone and on to a physical medium and on display in places that people can enjoy them outside of the meta. Your wedding gallery will have an integrated online shop to assist with all of your printing needs, from thank you cards to heirloom albums. We include free design services on all alum purchases and encourage you to take advantage of that!

Will we get raw footage with our video?

We find that the term, “Raw Footage” is loosely interpreted by our clients. To us, it simply means raw, untouched digital files on our cameras memory card. We find that most of our clients think of a more traditional, long form edit of their ceremony and reception when using the term “Raw footage”. We do provide these things. Schedule a time to chat with us and we can explain exactly what you would be getting from us.

How does the Wedding Album Process Work?

Once we’ve re-touched your photographs and created your online album, you will be able to select a certain number of photographs for our design team to work with, dependent on the size of your album. You will have chances to review the album design layout, until we get it just right.

Who Picks the music for our Video?

We ask that our clients trust us with all creative aspects involved in our work, and we will select the music for the film. We use licensed music in our videos, and typically that means soundtrack based music to support the film, rather than being the focal point.

My Venue requires insurance, do you provide that?

Yes, we do!
